Presenter: Wisdom Learning (RTO 88062)
This session will focus on performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to prevent contamination of food that might cause food-borne illnesses. Participants will learn to follow predetermined organisational procedures and to identify and control food hazards. It relates to those required to handle food safely during the storage, preparation, display, service and disposal of food. All participants will be required to complete an online component before attending the course. This component is compulsory to complete prior to attending the course. Participant logins will be issued once your registration has been received.
