About the role
Hit the ground running in this full time, fixed term position. You will provide excellent customer service while taking client transport bookings, enabling our clients to lead independent and productive lives.
Take client calls and match transport bookings to client needs
Manage client bookings using a dedicated booking system
Work closely with transport drivers
Skills and Experience
Experience in a transport bookings role or similar highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills
Professional phone manner
Attention to detail
'Working Vulnerable People' registration, or willingness to obtain
