Through a number of programs, we offer respite options to meet the individual needs of carers and care recipients.
Respite Options ACT
This is a federally funded program providing one on one respite and support services for care recipients and carers of people with severe mental illness and/or intellectual disability. Click Here to find out more.

Fun 4 Youth Respite Program
The Fun4Youth Respite Program is an after school care and vacation care program for young people aged 12-21 years with a diagnosed disability.
Qualified youth workers create an inclusive atmosphere to meet the needs of all young people who come together to enjoy the activities through social, recreational and educational experiences. Fun4Youth operates out of the Tuggeranong Youth Centre.

Lanyon Men's Group
This is a chance for care recipients to enjoy some mateship and work on their own projects or build toys for local charities. Tools and facilities are provided at the historic Lanyon Homestead. Support and guidance is offered by a team of volunteers. Morning tea and a BBQ lunch are provided. Transport can be arranged. Click Here to find out more.
Centre 4 Seniors

Women's Neighbourhood Group
