Home and Community Care (HACC)
This program provides practical assistance, case management and recreational activities for older and frail aged people or young people with disabilities, living in Tuggeranong and Weston Creek. Click Here to find out more.

Fun 4 Youth

Connections@Cooleman
Connections@Cooleman is an activities based leisure and living skills program designed for adults with disabilities between the ages of 25 and 40 years living in the Tuggeranong or Western Creek regions.

Transport Services
The transport program provides a vehicle and driver to people who are unable to use public transport. If you have no other way of getting to social or medical appointments, our experienced staff and volunteers can assist you from door to door. Click Here to find out more.
